Photo requirement

A photo is required for every item marked Pass or Fail. If multiple pieces of one category are being inspected, take one photo of the whole lot that passed inspection, such as all carabiners that pass. Failed gear also requires a photo and notes explaining the failure.

Use the weekly meeting to reinforce good work, share learning, and align crews before the next set of jobs.
